How it works
What dermal fillers are
Dermal fillers are products such as collagen, hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxylapatite, injected to soften wrinkles, raise scar depressions, enhance lips and replace soft-tissue volume lost with age.
Hyaluronic acid is a substance the skin already contains, and fillers based on it break down gradually over time. The doctor plans the amount and placement around the proportions of your face.
